Came from Toronto for a girls trip. The new manager introduced himself and was really kind. The head chef visited our table and spoke with us for a few minutes. We had an amazing view and the atmosphere was quite nice. Overall, we had a great time and ate amazing food. We'll definitely be coming again.

We had a wonderful meal . The service was excellent and it's in a perfect location. It's also a great place to take a walk and enjoy the water. I'd recommend everyone to give them a try .

As a group of 5 people, we stopped by this restaurant on our way back to Toronto. Although the manager had some unexpected issues with personnel he was able to accommodate us, even when we were the only customers at the moment. He apologized several times and made sure we got everything setup. The chef Sunny prepared our order thoroughly and carefully served. It was a great quality and tasty. We had fish and chips, and buttersquash ravioli. Both highly recommended. We really appreciate the dinner and the hospitality of this place. We recommend this place and we'll come back for sure.

We went for a mini vacay to Sandbanks and had the pleasure of dining at The Knoll. The location is simply stunning, right on the water with a great views that perfectly set the mood for a relaxing and enjoyable time. The food was good but what really made our visit exceptional was Paula, our server. She was absolutely amazing—attentive, friendly, with a welcoming smile. It felt like we were being taken care of by a friend rather than just a server. Her warm and genuine personality made the evening even more special. She was the reason we went back again the next day for lunch!

Overall great experience, left with a smile and eager to tell someone about my experience. The staff were all extremely kind, genuine with attention to detail. Of course venue wise can't go wrong with it being right on the water. Appetizer was delicious and what I expected (beet carpaccio), yet the main was such a pleasant surprise! Delicious, could have kept eating it, regretted sharing the plate . Everything made on site. New management/sommelier and a new chef, they're really aiming for something good, which I believe they can achieved based off of what I've seen. Wine pairings were fantastic, and knowing the wines of the county I am happy to say they have some cool niche product on their list. Would I go back just for the wine list? Probably. Thank you everyone for a fantastic visit!
